This one was a hard one for me. But in church on Sunday I finally got a picture. It was of a tree, -now- I know I really like trees, but it was because of the tree of knowledge in the Garden. So that is how this one came about.

Wounded Mother
This is one of my favs. Originally I got this picture for my sister. She has had a lot of ups and down in her life, but I am watching now God restore so much brokeness and it is so beautiful.
But when someone contacted my about a mother who had lost a child I had to get it on paper. I think it applies for all of us who are wounded and there are no battles that are not fought for a reason.
So this one is for you- to the one who only sees pain. Know there will be a beautiful harvest when it is done.

We were worried for several weeks that we might lose this child and prayed that God would please save our baby. He did, and our daughter’s name means “Out of our bitterness, God answered.
